pros and cons 1999 Dnepr outfit
Priced right and close to me.

If you plan to ride it, check with your state on registration BEFORE you buy it. Many states are getting really fussy about grey market bikes. On the other hand, if you can get it under $1500, I'd unbolt the sidecar and throw the bike away. 🙂
No title Gray Market means off road only . You may not even get an off road sticker in some states without a title.
Like Mike said 'If you can get it for under $1,500. that's not a bad price for the sidecar itself".

Aside from the title problems in most states, It will always be a project bike.
I had one that I put together from parts obtained in Canada. It was a tough a rugged machine once I got it sorted out.
There is a lot of sorting out needed beginning with truing the wheels and going on to all the rest of the bike.
I actually liked it a lot better than My brand new Ural patrol 2002 model which was a PITA for maintainence.
I put a machine gun on Dnepr and had a lot of fun with that too.
If you are not a motorcycle mechanic, I would not recommend the Dnepr or even the Ural all though the Urals have gotten somewhat better.
