welcome claus. i like your rig.looks very solid. i run an 86 kawasaki 1300 six with a motorvation car. plenty of power but it likes gas. have fun pat.
Watching Claus rig and thinking about the offer I got today...my brain starts to turn at high revs...
Today in the morning I saw a sign 6.900 $ behind a Ducati 996...was first disappointed as the sign was for the atv right beside it.
When I got invited to have a look I got big eyes.
A 7 year old 134hp Ducati with only 1750km on the clock for 7000$ sounds like a fake. When I heard the story behind I first laughed out loud and then my brain started to fool me...
The Ducati 996 was a gift from big Daddy for the graduation of Daddy's son... Daddy's son married... and Daddy became upset!
Now he has the bike on sale for what ever it goes away.
Or Daddy is jealous, or the daughter in law is a bitch...Who knows?
Imagine a rig as the one from Claus made out of the red beast!
It might be a lucky strike (once in a lifetime opportunity ) or it might be a spell...on our streets that bike is an invitation for suicide.

Sven, to build a rig from such a bike needs much more skills than I have. Have a look here (long thread!) http://forum.dreiradler.org/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=2763 . The guy is paraplegic and built himself a rig out of a MV Agusta with Ackermann Steering! Absolutely phantastic!

Just looked into that thread for a few seconds....got BIG eyes....I still may not donate my mill to the technical college internate!!!
