Mounting brackets

I have a buddy who has a 2003 Harley Sportster.
He also acquired a 2003 Liberty Sport sidecar.
The problem is that he doesn't have the four brackets and the damper that are assembled to the bike.
The balance of the sidecar frame and mounting hardware are present.
He just needs to connect the sidecar to the bike.

A call was made to Liberty but Pete said he doesn't have the parts or the tools to supply the parts anymore.

Can anyone provide a source for the needed brackets and damper?

Any help and leads are greatly appreciated.

Jay.

Got pix of what he does have for mounting hardware? email them and we may be able to help find answers.
Where is he located?

We make a mounting kit that will give you all 4 mounting points on the bike. We also make a damper kit for your bike and sidecar.

Here is a photo of our mounting kit. The main sub frame attaches to the bike at 7 points. We also have "raked" triple tree's for your Sportster.

Hello Jay.
Thanks for the info about your sidecar mounting hardware kit for my neighbor's '03 Sportster.
I printed the pictures of the kit for him.
With expenses in mind, he is interested in an off-the-shelf item as opposed to a custom build dedicated kit.
Are there any modifications to the bike in order to adapt your hardware kit?
Will your hardware kit readily accommodate and align with the Liberty frame and its mounting components?
Regards.
Jay.

Hello Lonnie.
My friend is old school and does not have a digital camera.
I'll take the photos and email to you.
He lives in the Chicagoland area.
Many thanks for your reply.
Jay.

The mounts on most bikes require no changes to the bike. Harley it would seem has a couple of different frame jigs. One hole may or may not be 1/2 a hole off due to this. If it is you will need to drill out one hole other wise nothing else is done. We have not used these mounts with the Liberty Sporster sidecar, We have only had one of these sidecars in our shop in the past and we mounted it onto a BMW. The one we had used 5/8 inch hiem joints on the bottom and had enough adjustment to line up with out mounts.
