I didn't give up Mike. There will be one in my future just not ready yet... I hope that you are enjoying the one that you two drove across country to get..
Indeed we are. Especially Janie. She loves riding in the car, relaxing and being able to see everything. We have plans to ride to Mt. Magazine State Park this week for lunch and planning on West Virginia area in October when its cooler. I've been considering getting a later model bike for the Escort but want to stick with Honda. Maybe a CTX1300. IDK.
I thought that an 1800 Valkyrie would be a great tug for that sidecar. Goldwing Engine, brakes and alternator. Also single sided swing arm to make tire changes easier. You might find the CTX to be underpowered.
