Jacking solutions for lifting the rig

That's great. I'll have to take a more detailed look to see what modifications I can make. I never could follow directions without improving them. LOL

My goal is still to be able to drop the wheels. Trap doors??

the site on the link shows pics of different ways you can do this. get the rig up there , then use small jacks or auto jack to raise up a wheel and remove it. can then place another jack under next wheel, ETC.
once it up on the stand you can slide the ramps into it for storing them out of the way, or extend partway for more room front and back.
lots of combos to use with imagination.

I have a '73 Toyota scissors jack that folds to almost nothing. You are right, in that one can keep it lubed and use the fingers to make it work if you forget the crank for it. At least it sure feels like it will work that way. Hoping to not have to actually try it out with a real flat though. 🙂 Huey
