I'm sure some will not like this setup but I already had the Bike and I installed apes over the winter before ever thinking i might attach a sidecar . I picked up a Legends and I'm in the process of getting things ready to mate up. Has anyone ever ridden a rig with apes? These are not over the top by any means they are 12" bars but I'm curious to how it would handle with a sidecar attached? I'll try to post pictures of what I'm talking about. Bikes a 2001 Super Glide

Shouldn't pose a problem if you are push/pulling from the shoulders which is better leverage than low bars, narrow bars, or drag bars that many have.

Here's my latest build.

I had an 08 Superglide with apes like that and the rig handled just fine.

Not a problem, the rig was set up by Claude at freedom sidecars and handled very well. I did rotate the bars back towards me a little. I sold this rig and should have kept it... Good luck with yours!
