My garage is just big enough to fit both cars and the outfit -- if I put the outfit on a dolly and slide it sideways into the front of the garage. I need to be able to pull the outfit onto the dolly, then turn it 90 degrees and push it into the front corner of the garage.

I've used an auto wheel dolly for the sidecar wheel and that works well. However, I'm unhappy with the Harbor Freight full-length dolly that the bike sits on. It's a low-profile dolly with small casters. The casters are just to small to roll around easily. I tried replacing the plastic casters with steel casters and it's even worse. I'm afraid that installing larger casters would make the dolly not work because the ramps at either end need to lift the dolly wheels off the floor so that it doesn't simply scoot away when the bike tries to roll up.

If anyone has found a good solution, I'd love to hear it.

If you can't get the rig up onto the dolly because it scoots away when you try to ramp it, get a small hand crank such as is found on small boat trailers.
Mount it at the forward end of the dolly so you can extend the cable and hook on to the forward sidecar mount where it joins the bike frame. Crank to pull the rig up onto the dolly
Then push the dolly where ever it needs to go..
