Anyone with a Cozy on a Harley?
Well my Urals are gone (and I miss them - but traffic around here - D.C. area - is just too nasty for a Ural) and I couldn't punish my RE Bullet by yoking it up, so I put the Cozy on my 2009 Nightster and Voila! I'm a 3-wheeler again!
Any other HD's out there with Cozys attached?

If I recall correctly, Liz up in New England has one, but we haven't heard from her in a good while. 🙁

I just ordered my Cozy Rocket sidecar and should have it Thursday. If you have any photos showing how it will mount, I would appreciate any help. I'm going to mount it myself then get a pro to align the rig. I have a 2011 Nightster and with my bad knees the sidecar will be a true blessing.
The Cozy sidecars for motorcycles use the Velorex mounting kits. Installation instructions can be found on the Velorex site.

I've seen the PDF on the install but I sure would love to see actual photos of where on a Sportster it attaches. I kinda have the front figured out but I'm just not to sure about the rear mounts.
you put a scooter sidecar on a Harley with Velorex clamps? Yikes! Keep an eye on your mounts and axle!
Here's where someone in Florida put it (not me).

PERFECT!!! Thank you. That was what I was thinking. I was not sure where to put the rear mount.
Any chance you have pics of the lower mounts?
This is all I have from the same rig.
Thank you again, I will be sure to post photos of my install when done. All goes as planned, this week (Thursday) the sidecar will arrive and then Friday / Saturday install.
The Cozy has a 'Universal Mount' kit available and I bought that ($99 I think...). Trouble is, Universal is relative and in this context it excludes Sportsters! So I ran it up to a bike shop in Pennsylvania to have 2 out of 4 mounts custom-fabricated. It's very finicky about the toe-in, so that has been a bit of a process getting there - but it's great now. Taking it off can be straight-forward (unbolt 4 mount points) but not recommended as a regular exercise - because of the re-alignment aspect. It's not a convertible set-up to be swapped in and out. (At least for me, anyway).
I have to put in a plug for the small shop in PA because they did an absolutely fantastic job at very reasonable rates - so here is their info if someone is looking. (It was well worth the drive from VA to PA):

Nice job on the install. I like the way it was attached at the top of the shock and the passenger peg mounting are. Kinda hoping I don't have to do all the custom fabrications to make it fit. Looking at the pics I think the install kit I'm getting will work for my application. My exhaust doesn't get in the way like stock exhaust.
My sidecar has arrived and I have it installed. Just lacking marker lights and alignment.
