I installed a Texas Sidecars Ranger model on my 2011 Suzuki Burgman 650 about a month ago. It seems to be a decent combination, not hurting straight line performance too much, just a 10 mpg drop in gas mileage. It has taken a while to get the alignment right. Steering in uncomfortably heavy and I'm awaiting arrival of a new triple tree to reduce the rake by 5 degrees that should solve that issue. After that's installed and some warmer weather happens, I hope to get in some good practice sessions using "The Yellow Book." I've done about 200 miles with the outfit and have a pretty good feel for the dynamics, now just need to practice the finer points like right turns.

Welcome to the slightly off-center world of sidecars, PBrowne!

Unfortunately, I'm not a member of the Burgmanusa forum so can't see the pics.

welcome to the club. Sidecar driving is a blast once you get used to it.

I finally got a triple tree with 5 degrees less trail from Machine & Design in Glen Ellyn, IL. Steering is now very easy, not the chore that it was before the installation. There were a few problems with plastic parts hitting, but not too hard to solve with a bit of trimming.
