95 BMW K1100rs/EZS rally sidecar Possibly Sold

95 K1100rs ?EZS Rally I believe its a 2000 year model
14" Wheels 165/70 front 175/65 pusher, sidecar is 13 " 165/65
The Exhaust is Staintune TUV not straight thru header is ceramic coated.
The seat is Sargent recently redone.
Shocks are Ikon on the fork and have less than 10K on rebuild, the rear Hyperpro rebuilt a year ago
The handlebars from K1100lt the fairing is a from Parabellum and they no longer are in production
The bottom of the sidecar is coated with linex pickup bed liner, the interior has raptor liner.Tonneau cover has a zippered hatch for the dog.
Brake lines are all steel, the sidecar brake is a grimeca (copy of Brembo)
The tank is grey the red panels are a wrap, it's a Randolph tank 8.5 gallons 250 mile range easy , there's a correct RS tank 5.5 freshly painted like the Marrakesh Red (bmw color) Both have recent pumps and filters
Wind shield has a couple small cracks that have been drilled and stabilized there is a top mostly never used.
Just back from Virgina Motoraad Anton Largedaire shop where transmission got rebuilt final drive rebuilt, drive shaft is new old stock just over a year ago, swing arm was just powder coated
and has new pivot bearings. Engine had one new piston and rings in all cylinders about 75k it has about 126 k now. It also got a k100 radiator they have an extra core and are thicker than the k11 a new fan and it has an external switch.
All brake disc's are EBC replacement ( not BMW rattlers when the bobbins wear out)
If you want to pick it up I'll throw in a K1100 engine with 50k that had 185 pound comp on all 4 cylinders, a complete BMW exhaust system that has been sand blasted. Spare radiator and fan.
Ok I have all the body parts, the lowers and belly pan and sidecovers . they fit poorly and hold allot of heat the K100 strategy was better.
I have a set of luggage also. The seat latch doesn't work.
I'm going to sort the wiring next and try and improve things with a real aux fuse panel rather than the eastern beaver 3 circuit solution there now.
I'm thinking 7500 $ with the small tank 8K with both tanks ! Can be discounted if you want to sort the wiring and delivery in the midwest is possible.
Located in Rochester MN , delivery help possible, will definitely listen to offers. At this point wiring has been sorted and everything works.

I had the chance to stop by, meet Dave, hear the stories about this rig and a few other tales, take a short ride. Evidently it didn't get me to move on from my current ST1100 Hannigan Astro 2+2, but it is a bona fide EZS and a fine running/handling machine. As someone else implied Dave takes good care of maintainence and improvement. Now if it was 1.5 years ago - before ST1100 - I would have possibly had shoulder injury trying to get money out of my back pocket before someone else phoned. Still a few years to retirement when I have time in the fall/spring to take longer tours with a sidecar carrying way too much luggage.
Thanks Dave for providing the entertainment in the middle of a 510 mile day book ended by 28F temps and wow, what a gorgeous sunny day!

Ok then I have sorted the wiring and a few other things (new oil sight glass) and the sidecar and K1100 are working well.
I'm somewhat in need of garage space I've bought another sidecar rig and I can get them both in the garage but I'd rather not. So I'm looking for a low ball offer , if it isn't ridiculous you may have bought a sidecar and if you are east of the Mississippi I may help with delivery.
Help me sort my garage, Please

Dave, I recently rented a storage unit big enough for my rig for only $96/mo. You can't shop for units online very easily because most of these places don't publish their best prices. But I do see a place about 10 minutes from you (Southwest Storage) that advertises $78/mo for a 10'x10'.
What I did, I drove around from place to place (having previously measured my rig to determine what was my minimum size) and asked for "specials." Most of the places started out at over $130/mo but after a week of visiting and revisiting I got a pretty good deal.
But an even better deal would be if somebody would
--------->BUY THIS RIG! NOW!<---------
I’m interested in the rig…..how do we proceed?

Roger, I am sending you a private message, with a phone number to call, of one of our people here that can connect you with Dave Fran, the seller of this BMW sidecar rig. Check in your profile page.... for a new message.
