Metal sidecar is Dnepr made in city Kiev - capital of Ukraine. Tires standard for Dnepr on/off road.

Good upholstery shop can do it for you. Also you can find seats on craigslist for free. Just take time. And may be some modifications.

Old Velorex will not work. Newer will work. Dnepr with correct mounts will work too.

Ural and Dnepr sidecars use clamps to attach to round balls.

Did you try to plumb hydraulic cylinder (like slave clutch cylinder) attached to braking plate of sidecar and working with drum brake?

I install battery in the box between bike and sidecar on the frame. Made some holes for ventilation. Have it for 9 years now.
