The attachment feature is like our current forum ("Asgaros"). There is a button labeled "Choose File" where you can search for and upload an attachment. But, like Asgaros, they show up as a file at the end of your post, not embedded within the text ('inline').
So here is another line of text. I will try to add the link to the image above this line ('inline' image).
Third edit: So that works just like in our current forum (Asgaros). You upload an image and save the post. Then go back and edit the post and right click, then copy the image URL. Then paste the URL in the post where you want to image to appear. Then save the post.
Another thing: apparently you can only add one image at a time. You have to save the post, then edit it to add a second image. Repeat for more images. This is not good but they have a plugin that adds this functionality. The WPForo business model is they offer this forums application for free but then charge money for 'enhancements'. This particular plugin is $30 but you can purchase a bundle for $99 per year (I think).
