Hello I want to preregister for the rally this summer in SD and I have joined and have a paid up membership. I am not sure if I got one for the wife or is she included in on mine .The card is in my name only . So when I send in the rally payment is it 39 for me and 54 for her? Or is it 39 for each of us? Thanks for the help.

For things like "members only pricing" the USCA views the family as all qualifying for the "members price". In this case, your wife pays the same $39 you do. We hope that folks won't take unfair advantage of this policy... your Uncle Larry and his girlfriend who don't live with you should pay the full rate if they aren't members on their own.
