Freshly restored. Would fit many bikes including BMW, Zundapp, and Urals. Beautiful mirror like paint with excellent pin-striping! Chrome is excellent. Metzeler tires with few miles, stainless steel spokes, turn signals, tonneaucover, windscreen, original STEIB fender with a COBRA handle, mounted spare. Comes with all mounting struts. Sidecar has a mechanical brake! Size of unit: 36" H, 44" W, 80" L. Lots of cargo space in trunk. Easy access to seat for passenger. No body filler or rust.
This is a serious sidecar restored to CONCOURS quality. A new metal tag attached to the frame reads: NURNBERG, Steib, Typ: roller 1, Leerqewicht 54 Kg. Zul. Ges. Gew. 154 Kg., Prufzeichen T-026, Made in Germany. This helps to identify this sidecar as an attempt to upgrade to appear as a TR 500.
