Can anyone identify this clutch assembly? It belongs to a friend but he has no idea of it's origin. Thanks much!

I can identify the lever Tom, it's A36 (mild steel) strap stock. Heh Heh.

Good start Lonnie. I did a search for J I Edwins Co, Issaquah Wa that's on the tag and came up with several minibike forums and links for a Mike Bike or Mikey Bike. We're making headway. Doesn't look like something you want to install on your current ride?
