I have a Velorex 700 that I want to sell. A fellow with a Susuki 800 Volusia is looking at it. Is this a suitable combination?
Thanks,
Robert

It is a good match for the 800 Volusia.

A sub frame would be very good idea on this bike. We make a sub frame mount for the 800 Volusia and can make it for Velorex aplication. You will of course need to run ballist in the sidecar.

I run an 800 Marauder with a CF1 hung on it,...works well at highway speeds,..subframe was required for best strenght and fast removal options,..good luck, cheers crawf.

Thanks for all the info. What would a sub frame cost?

talk to the installers here,..I fab'd mine myself using the foot peg mount bolts, and the rear engine mount, with two frame welded points higher up,..cheers crawf.
