Velorex 562 Wheel Bearings.
I'm going through 1991 Velorex 562 before I paint it and found that the inside wheel bearing is a little notchy. It should cross reference just find, but the bearing seems to be an interference fit and i don't want to screw it up until winter.
How do you get these suckers out of the hub?
You must force the spacer between the bearings over a bit and then use a punch from the other side.
BTW we offer bike specific mount for many applications, This sidecar should only be used on smaller bikes.

I figured as much, but didn't want to go crazy with the hammer! The inboard side is a press fit, but the outboard side has a snap ring. Is that one a press fit as well, or is the snap ring just there for locating the bearings?
It came off an older Sportster and is going on a 1997 Sportster. I'll probably convert it to a car tire over winter, but we'll see.
You will need to remove the snap ring. I know of no automotive tire that will fit with out a custom wheel. We do make a nice sub frame for your bike that give you all 4 attachment points and bolts onto the bike at 7 points.

Thumper , convert it to a 12" trailer wheel. I am only gettign 5,000 miles on my tires now and I can buy the parts and convert it myself for less than a new MC tire. Even if i dont get a lor of miles on the new tire they only cost about $40 to replace
