No, but we do expect photos, and lots of them. :0) The V-Rod and the Rocket III are the only current bikes that would cause me to think about giving up my Valkyrie.

Recently we had to take the Ultra/sidecar back to the HD dealership to have the body switched out due to all the flaws when we aquired it, anyways I asked for a V-Rod to ride while they did the warrenty work. They happened to have one available ...now this didn't have a rig attached but I found that the V-Rod had a very small gas tank capacity but was very zippy. personally Im not sure i would attatch a outfit to such a sporty bike with a lil gas tank. was fun tho!

I don't know how tall you are. I planned on sidehacking a V-rod until I tried one on for size, then I opted out. I'm 5'8" and found the stretched out position, with arms and legs forward with a long reach to the foot controls, to be uncomfortable. All the weight on ones butt is not a comfortable position to ride far even without the sidecar. The cruising range is also very minimal for a solo bike. It has high rake and low trail specs but the front end looks and acts more like a straightline drag bike.
The engine is a low torque, high revving one, which is also not ideal. As a sidecar tug, I'd place them with an "Orange County Chopper". High marks in wowing the troops and low marks on comfort and effiency. Great curbside appeal but probably not the best chioce for a 500 mile days run.
