Trailer hitch on a California Friendship 3?

Lonnie, that looks to be just what I need. The hose that I have is a steel braid covered hose with a banjo connecter at the top end, and a quick connect fitting at the bottem end. Do you know if this type of hose could be cut near the top end, and the right connecters installed so that the valve could be installed where I could reach it? Or will I have to have a whole new hose made up with the valve in the right place? Would it be possible for me to send you the hose, and you put the right connecters on the hose for me?
