I'm getting a Vetter Terraplane soon as the shippers deliver it. To anyone riding one, do you adjust the manual trim angle adjuster on the fly or stationary? Anyone try upgrading to a power lean adjustor from another mfg?
Lastly, where can I find new wheel bearings for the TPs axle, should they be necessary?

The trim adjuster can be, and should be, adjusted on the fly.
thats the purpose of it...get up to speed...60-90 whatever, then twist the adjuster untill the rig is heading straight with no left or right pull.
The bearings are available at your local NAPA store or equivalent. take the originals along and they will Match it.

The "power lean" electric screw jacks are too cumbersome to consider for your Terraplane.
