Does anyone have knowledge of a subframe for mid-90's Triumph Triples (Thunderbird, Sprint, Trident, etc). Anyone manufacture one or made their own?
We build these with the bike in the shop, The first one we ever did was for my own Tiger, we have also done thunderbirds and others. Many can be seen on our web site www.dmcsidecars.com if you order a sidecar from us the sub frame comes with it however you would need to pay or standard installation labor. In other words as it is semi custom in that we would build it to your bike rather then in tooling, there is no extra cost to do so.
We are up in the Seattle area.
I attached a photo of the rig I built for my self. It has a Ural sidecar on it. Before we were making our own sidecars we were installing Ural sidecars. The next photo is one of our M72DX sidecars that we built on a Tiger, When we built this tiger we built a second sub frame which we still have in stock.
