Sidecar Racing Forum?
I know that sidecar racing exists. I'm wondering where I could find a forum devoted to sidecar racing?
At the moment I am just trying to find the grippiest front tire for my rig. I figure sidecar racers would have opinions on the subject, and might be able to point me towards appropriate racing rubber.
Having done some research on the web, I am currently looking at the Bridgestone BT-003RS and the Dunlop Sportmax Q2 as high-performance tires for motorcycles. Trouble is, the tripod setup may require different tire characteristics. Hard center compound and soft side compound may not do it for me. Sidecar rigs don't use the sidewall on the front tire nearly as much as 2-wheelers.
I have gotten some indication that a "Dunlop 16" is a suitable sidecar racing tire, but I haven't been able to get a positive ID on the tire, or find a retailer, or find a photo of same.
Help?

Check out the High Performance Sidecar site.
You could start by looking at http://www.sidecarracers.com/ or http://www.race-uscra.com/events.html Their schedule show some events in the northeast US and there is contact info on the sites. Out west, there's http://www.sra-west.us/
