i have tomahawk green tires on my tug and want to install green 120/70-12 scooter tires on velorex rim.. anybody crazy to put scoot tires on?

If you are trying to put a 12" tire on a 16" rim and expect it to work, yes you are definitely crazy.
If you want to put a 12" wheel and tire on it it can be done if the axle size permits.
I put 12" wheels and tires on Velorex's often but it takes a change of swingarm and axle to do so.
