Own 2001 Friendship III. Parts no longer available from CSC in VA, which am SURE is OLD NEWS here.
Pondering fabrication of replacement rear body bumper for s/c. Was wondering if anyone here had ever tackled a similar project.
It is 1 1/4" thin wall steel tubing. If electrical conduit is available in this diameter, will get a friend to bend me exact same 50" long configuration. One
of my welder-sons will weld on the three tabs which attach it to s/c body via stainless steel bolts from old bumper.
Already tried the gentleman in FL, who has many CSC parts available for these old units but he could not help with this.
