Jawa 560 attach to hardtail help?

I want to attach my 560 to my hardtail Hondamatic. I need some attachments/mounts or input on what to get or make and where to get it. Here's a link to some sidecar pic hope it helps.

I also need a new wheel for this thing and need to know where to buy a new wheel and tire that will fit under the stock full fender.
