I wondered where you went. Sometimes life gets in the way. As for cold rides, I drove to work yesterday on my sidecar. At minus 4 degrees, the wind chill figures to be minus 40 degrees. I was definately cool, but not cold. I had a spot between my eye brows that wasn't protected by my helmet that cased an ice cream head ache. Still fun though.

I've been trying to get my garage cleaned so I can work in there easier. It's not done, but, it's bettero/ I figured out the mounts for my air tank last night. I got a good start on the pieces that will be welded together. I'll post some pictures of that and the whistles tonight. I got some 45% silver solder to solder the pieces together with. I still haven't figured out where I want to mount them, but something will come to me:o)

I made a shelf out of an old stainless steel refrigerator door. I cut out the piece I needed and drilled it for the compressor and some mounting holes. The air compressor will mount up here.

I also managed to get a bracket to hold the air tank TIG welded together.

I am planing on a 7 prong trailer plug to hook the bike to the car. I also have some HID lights to mount to the rig. I like to see where I'm going!

I forgot to mention that I changed my mind on the air horns. I'm going to make some Steam whistles instead. They'll run fine on air. I saved some brass bits from the recyclers a while back. I think they'll make some neat looking whistles. I started by turning the top pieces to fit the brass handrail tube.

Here Is what I have so far. The pieces are ready to silver solder togather now. I'll make a manifold and have a 3 chime steam whistle on my rigo/

I'll post a video as soon as I get them mounted.
