Are you guys using "Screamin Eagle" fork oil too? It helps reduce front end dive.
I don't recall the cross-reference of the wt's of the HD fork oils, but I used Maxima 10 wt as that was the brand available at the shop around the corner. It was an improvement; dive is damped quite well except in slam-on-the-brakes "panic" stops.
