anyone have a problem with the rear shock/spring on a wing with a rig going bad? I have a 13 wing with a Hannigan GTL I bought new and the bike bottoms out a lot now. Seems to hit on the center stand and I never used to.

This might help.

Agree with the bleed, but depending on your situation, you may also want to install the Progressive spring, assuming your shock is still good. I have that spring on my 08 Wing (not hacked) and it is a good addition.

I agree with the above about checking the bleeding & new spring. I put a Progressive spring on my 2003 and it made a big difference in ride. While you got it all apart check all those hose fittings. There is also a master ground wire to clean & check. I went and ran a second ground wire just for the fun of it.
