I put some new pictures up in the album today.

http://www.sidecar.com/megabbs/photos/photo-thumbnails.asp?albumid=358

I'm getting closer, I have it all hooked together and somewhat close. I still need to fine tune adjustments since I haven't taken it out yet because the body isn't bolted on and I don't have bolts for the upper mounts yet. But at it's getting closer.
I kind of thought the mounts put it a little far out from the bike. What do you all think? That's as close to the bike as I can get it, the upper mount struts are turned all the way in.
As you can tell, the sidecar body is pretty tweaked. A riding buddy of mine works at a body shop and we are going to try and straighten it out. It looks a lot when it's on the frame than it did laying around the garage like it has been for 3 years.

This is my first time doing this. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated. I'm going off the sidecar manual that I downloaded from this site, as well as what I've learned here, for mounting and alignment instructions.

Thanks.
Josh

It really looks very nice. The Honda will be a good tug. Keep us posted. The main thing is to be careful with any welds you may have to do. It looks like you know what you're doing, though!

I like the left side exhaust. That's good for the passenger. I use stock mufflers on my bike so it's pretty quiet, even with a muffler on each side.

The wide stnce is fine and will help your stability. The Harley rig is about 54 inches from the center of the rear fender to the center of the sidecar fender so that's pretty wide. I think that some of the double passenger cars are that wide or more.

Happy Trails. Keep us posted.
