Does anybody know if this tub can be fitted to the left side of bike on the existing chassis? I live in Scotland.

It's doable Karl! But to invert the chassis for a leftie mount will take a considerable amount of fabrication. The frame itself isn't much of a problem but the suspension is where the work lies. Can't just flip that and redo a few body mounts.

Is it a legal requirement to have the car on the left side? Might just be easier to be an "odd duck" and leave it on the right side. If the situation were reversed - UK style car in the US - that's what I'd do.

Maybe direct the question to the folks at http://www.motorvation.com/
they could tell you what it would take to do it.

And very necesarry too. Specially in Scotland where you often cannot see more then 40m to the front because of the high stone and bush fences on very narrow roads that never were straight.
But what amazed me most was that incredible grip of the asfalt. Never again I met roads with such an excellent grip. With the solo you could bend down to the ground and felt safe as a baby in its mothers arms.
