I have just purchased a 1980 R100RT with EML Tour T rig. I am in process of changing tires which I purchased from Coker tire...135R15's............but they don't carry the correct tubes that will work on the EML wheels........(valve stems need to be centered not offset)............Anyone have any experience purchasing these? Or for that matter does anyone have experience in general with this type rig?

I have used motorcycle tubes, Not ideal but some times you have to go with what you can get. The 15 inch motorcycle tube is ever so slightly larger diameter. The tires were mainly used in the USA on Rear engine Renault cars, they are also popular with VW owners who lower the cars so you might try a VW supplier or Renault supplier.
