Duro HF308 tires on a Triumph / Velorex rig
I have been looking at tires for my rig. These seem to have a flat (or pretty flat) profile and I am thinking they may last a bit longer.
Has anyone here run Duro HF308 tires on their rigs. What did you think of them? One of the few tires of this sort that are available in sizes that fit my triumph.
Also, my mag wheel triumph has tubeless tires .... these need tubes, are there any issues putting tubes in a tubeless rim?
thanks,
Stan
I am not familiar with Duro tires, but I can tell you that running tubes in a tubeless tire is not a problem.
Never heard of or ran these tires, I like Heidenau tires, they offer several flat profile tires, while they may not last any longer, on the front at least the bike seems to stop quicker. I have never tested stopping distance, it just seems like they stop quicker.
