Would this be a good car to mount onto a honda vtx 1800 R ??
Hell, yeah. Pretty much anything DMC sells would be a good match for your bike.
This sidecar would work well as would the M72CX which is pretty much the same sidecar but 4 inches wider. The sidecar comes with bike specific NOT universal mounts included in the price. The VTX can run an automotive tire on the stock rear wheel which works out great and there are triple tree's to lower the steering effort. We have in the shop right now a VTX1300 we are doing should you for any reason end up in our part of the world and want to see a VTX M72C in person.
Other sidecars we make that would work well included the Expedition, Kenna, Tomahawk and Tomahawk SE.
