The bottom damper bush on my Watsonian Oxford is worn out. Watsonian do not sell new bushes only new dampers, at over £80 a time. A lot of money when I was expecting to pay a couple of pounds for a bush.
The plan is to make a bush out of some sort of nylon/plastic such as "Oilon" (see www.directplastics.co.uk).
Anyone out there had this problem?
