CSM rig wind screen adjustment will not hold

Any one else have this issue - invented a fix ?
No matter how hard I crank down on the windshield securing knobs after about an hour or so the wind screen will be tilted back - annoys and concerns the rig passenger.

I haven't experienced any particular difficulty with the windshield holding its position. If I recall correctly, I tighten the left side first using the frame of the windshield for a little extra leverage, then tighten the right knob. Maybe try a split, or internal star, lock washer - perhaps on the right knob only?

Had a Model A with push out windshield that would loosen and close. Made a rubber washer out of inner tube(buy at hardware store now) and inserted it between knob and adjustment bolt. Never loosened again.
