I have a rig with a California Sidecar Company (CSC) Freedom II SE sidecar. The seat is kind of laid back-- sitting in it puts the passenger in a semi-reclined position. I (my passengers) would like a more upright seat. Anyone have any suggestions? I wouldn't know where to even look for, let alone find, a replacement seat. One suggestion I received is to have the seat re-upholstered, to create a more upright position. I guess that would work, but I don't know. Failing all else, I guess that's what I'll try. If anyone has another suggestion, I'm all ears. Thanks.

As it is an SE which is pretty much a copy of the Champion Escort, (some of the internal details are an exact match) it is wider then more Friendship 2 sidecars to the point where you may be able to put a real automotive nice seat in it. I would take it to a wreaking yard and try a few different seats until you find one that fits and your passenger likes how it feels, then find the same seat in great condition.
