Jim Floyd....google Barnett Clutches. You want a lockup clutch. It cuts the clutch pull in half. It uses coil springs instead of a diaphragm spring and you can change clutch pressure by changing the springs. Just put one in my 06 Ultra that's tied to a Texas Ranger sidecar. No problems with it...

Thanks for the continued suggestions. I am in the process of extending the clutch lever and handlebar on the left side. If that doesn't work I'll try some suggestions. Thanks to all for the support!

Adaptive Technologies.  Here's the fried cat's pajamas.  The clutch lever is converted to a position idicator and the muscle is provided by a linear actuator. $$$

Actually I think that you could use that device to transfer clutch control to a knee or thumb lever.  Chin?  Elbow?
