2- 1" pvc spacers on the fork springs bring it back up to stock. One on each spring.

Thanks Lonnie. That's what I needed to know. I have some 1" sch.40 in the shop. Reckon that's the correct diameter?

Well, I stumbled across a 5 degree raked triple tree by Hawg Halters for our Sportster at the local Frankenstein trike dealer. Installation was completed yesterday with 10w fork oil and the 1 inch spacers (need 3/4" diameter for the 39mm forks).

I've only driven the 10 miles back to the house -- dodging the snow/ice still in the shady parts of the roads -- but: WOW, what a difference. Left turns/curves are eeeaaassyy and the right pull from wind drag over 60mph now seems un-noticeable, plus the added preload on the springs not only maintained ride height, but also significantly reduced pogo'ing and brake dive. Woo-hoo!!
