California Side Car mounting help needed

My husband was involved in a motorcycle/car accident this spring and the car won! I purchased a sidecar for his GL1500 so that he might be able to ride this summer. The rig came with a frame for a 1200 & one for a 1500. Unfortunately all the mounts are for the 1200. Does anyone have a diagram of what is needed to mount a California SideCar Friendship II to a GL1500? Or, have any idea where I can find the correct hardware?
Thanks,
Kathy

Hi Lonnie,

Please, don't shoot me....I live near and have spent lots of time at California sidecar, so I know that their address is Arrington,Va. The spelling is close, but that is the only similarity to Arlington (which is near D.C.). They also have a website: www.calsidecar.com
😮

Arrington it is. At least the rest of the info was correct. I hope they didn't drive over to get the mounting bits yet at todays gas prices, lol

Okay, see that's why I risked shots being fired to try to set this thing straight (ha,ha)! Arlington, VA is a big, pretty well known place, you know, where Arlington National Cemetery is located (JFK is buried there, Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, Robert E. Lee's home that was stolen by the Yankees, etc.). On the other hand, Arrington, VA is just a dot on the map, if you blink you miss it kind of place. California Sidecar is actually located in Colleen, VA just off of US Route 29. It, too, is just a dot on the map. Arrington is their mailing address; Colleen is their actual location. If you actually want to go there, it is a bit difficult to find because they are in an industrial park just off of RT. 29, but not visible from there. Anywho, is that all as clear as mud? 😉

Connie,
I can see where a phone call might be the best way to go for the original inquiree. (I hope we haven't scared them off).
That beats the hell out of starting at Huntington Beach, CA and tracing all of the PO Boxes, MFG sites, sales rooms, fax #s, administrative offices, old battlefields, etc, for a couple of mounting parts.

If push comes to shove, there's always Dauntless Motors. They've changed the name of their town from Kent to Covington, but they still have the same location, address and phone #. It is the other coast though.
