Hey guys-my Rig (Proof of concept) is done and info is posted here:

Have you googled the Flexit Sidecar? The are (were) made in CA. very impressive mechanics.

Yea, Flexit are real impressive and look very heavy, chains, gears...looks like landing gear from a fighter plane.

I wanted something inherently simple and light. I can detach my rig in 5 minutes and lift it into the bed of my truck using a ramp for the wheel, by myself.

It handles Great! and is stable from 0 to 75mph at extended lengths of time.

I'll be posting all the mods after winter.

Seems as tyhough there could be a market for it here in the states..too bad I dont have the time or I'd do a startup.

That's totally amazing Al. If I was half as smart as you when it comes to fabrication, I'd be smarter than I am now... Good luck with the winter time improvements.
