Would like opion/advise. I am currently in the process of installing a CSC friendship I to my 2005 FLHT. Where would be the best place to hook the sidecar brake to front or back master cyclinder.

I like my set-up: sidecar brake connected to rear system operated by the foot pedal. I try to use the front brake too when still moving, but using the foot pedal (rear and sidecar system) at up or down-hill stops is really convenient.

I avoid using the rear and connected sidecar brake for normal stops, depending on the gearbox, engine braking and the front (2) discs for this duty.
Reason being that front pucks are less expensive and a hell of a lot easier to replace than the rear ones. Engine braking saves on brake parts.
I have always found it very easy to apply a bit of left pressure on the bars when stopping. Yes, even in emergency stops.

Even on Seattle hills the bike front or rear brake will hold the rig just fine. With rear only applied, one can be hands off for other uses.
No advantage here with a sidecar brake.
