This is what I have done before.  Loaded the bike with my equivalent in sandbags and leveled the sidecar frame. Except in my case it was to level the sidecar tire (90 degrees)since it’s not perfectly perpendicular to the frame. Of course toe in and lean out also  It’s always tracked fine and there seems to be little abnormal tire wear after a few thousand miles.  Recently got the rig back home In Arkansas from Oregon where we left it due to a swing arm issue and am going to redo alignment.  While traveling on a long trip with passenger, luggage, tools and sundry I’m guessing the added weight would be at least 200 pounds probably more. While doing the alignment is there any reason to add weight to the frame as though it would be normally loaded while traveling? Sandbags are cheap :). The tub is currently off the frame for easier access.  Champion Escort.  Thanks
