Hello from Russia! Excuse me for my English =))
Please, help me with a tuning of California GT sidecar. It's my first experience in riding with a sidecar.
I've got a Honda Valkyrie Interstate '99 with a Cali-GT sidecar.
But I feel there's something wrong with it. 2 times I passed by the road turn and the second time there was a little road accident. I couldn't return my handlebar back in a direct position after turning left. I've got no instruction how to tune a sidecar. May it be coz of the shock-absorber which connects the bike and the sidecar? Also my top speed is 30-35 miles. Can't ride with a higher speed coz of winding of the handlebar left/right. I thank you all for every usefull information!!!

Eugene,
When you first log on to this site, on the home page you will find a menu. Click on "Links and books" and you will be directed to the page where you can download Hal Kendall's sidecar books. There is a warehouse of information to be had there regarding setup and driving sidecars.
You can also find information at the Sidecar Industry Council website on setup and steering dampers.
Setup properly one shouldn't need a damper with a heavy bike like the Valkyrie and the light GT car.
