Does anyone know what the shock type is for replacing the one in the 562 Velorex? There must be a Monroe or other equivalent. Thanks

If it is an older unadjustable one you want to replace with adjustable shock Velorex sells them (and they'll fit).

Thanks Lonnie. Waiting for a call back from Mark at Velorex. It appears to be the original shock from 2001.

Since I have an upgraded axle, Velorex could not supply the shock. They advised me to measure it and go to motorcycle junkyard. I hate to go to Phoenix in the summer. Anyone have this problem with a Velorex?

The late Velorex adjustable shock will fit in the same space and the bushings are the same size.

Thanks, I'll pester Mark at Velorex again. Perhaps with a better photograph of the shock he can see the type needed.
