Recently retired and would like to hook up a Birch White or Black TLE to my 2021 BW&B Police Road King. Need tub, frame, all mounting hardware. My understanding is that TLE setup must be 2008 or later (correct me if I’m wrong). I’m in NE FL. -Lee

Lee, there is a gent in Colorado that has been advertising for quite some time, that he bought a huge lot of relatively newer HD's, most with sidecars, as they were all used Police bike and sidecar rigs. He sells them as a complete unit, or as a bike alone, or as a sidecar alone, and his pictures show exactly the sidecar you are looking for. I don't have his ad immediately in front of me, but a CL search for all of Colorado may bring up his ads.
