I have an older Champion and I just knocked out the amber part of the tail light.#01174. Would anyone know where I can find a replacement?

You did not say which Champion sidecar you have. Most of their older sidecars used Honda and Acura tail lights.
Of course you could check with Champion their phone number is 800 875 0949

If still looking you might contact Florida sidecar products. They list a tail light for an Escort. Don't know if it will fit but looks a lot like the one on mine.
