I got this a few years ago. now I want to mount it to my '07 ultra classic. I know it's small but I plan on putting a bigger tire on it. Right now I just want to know what make it is. Thanks for your help.

Old California Commutor car made for scooters. Not a good candidate for a Harley Bagger. The Ultra can capsize it.
