We are from SE Mass but travel through all parts of New England looking for the best back roads we can find and are looking for others that enjoy the sun in their faces and wind in their hair. look forward to seeing you all in VT this weekend.

Hi Big Dave, I'm in northern RI. I have friends who live in pembroke and I drive right through bridgewater on my way there. I do a lot of riding in Conn, If you feel like riding out that way sometime let me know. I'm putting my sidecar on my 1200 sportster right now. I had it on my old kawasaki for a couple of seasons but it was way too underpowered. I used to ride two wheels up until losing my leg in 09, now I'm loving sidecar riding. glad to see more people from newengland on the forums.

Hi, just found this forum. We recently returned to the Boston area (Malden) from a few years in China. We brought back our beloved Jimbo's BMW powered Chang Jiang 750 sidecar. We'd love to meet up and ride with some other sidecar types. The weather is great. Let's ride!

Hi guys, maybe we should get together for coffee when the weather warms up a little. There is a place called the vanilla bean in Pomfret Conn on rt 169, it is a great little place where riders meet up all weekend in the warmer months. We should meet there sometime and do some riding in the area.

Nice, I almost bought a ural off Dimitri back in 2010. I had just lost my left leg in fall of 09 and wanted something go get me riding again I liked the ural but money was tight so I built my own rig. The first rig was a kz 650 with a california sidecar. I road that for 2 seasons then bought a 1200 sportster and mounted to my california friendship sidecar.
Ural has really improved over the past decade, a fun rig indeed.

I like it. I have a Harley too but I like the Ural as much. This year they are really going bigtime with EFI and disc brakes all around. Faster and stops better they say. I like the carbs though. Not a rig for highways but it has enough torque for where I ride.
