Seeking 13", 4-bolt aluminum wheel rim for my 2001 CSC Friendship III hack. .....Old Tom aka papasmurf in NH

Hi papasmurf, maybe one of the choices of 13" trailer wheels with 4"x4" bolt patterns found here http://www.trailer-wheels.com/13-inch-Rims_c_270.html might work, such as this 13"x5" aluminum star pattern wheel, Part No. TW-0435440:
