Watch out for the requirement in NJ to force tachometers onto motorcycles. Most large MCs have tachs - except HDs. is this the thin edge to force all small aircooled engines - such as lawnmowers, lawn edgers, etc to be so equiped, then to control the speed - for noise pollution, and so put them out of business with higher costs, vs electric units.
